RFQ-23-02 Construction Management At-Risk Services
The District Board of Trustees of 91影视, 91影视, hereinafter referred to as 鈥楥ollege,鈥� is requesting proposals. The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFQ) is to select one or more Construction Management Companies to work with the 91影视 (鈥淐ollege鈥�) and the 91影视 Foundation (鈥淔oundation鈥�) project teams and the selected architect(s) on various minor construction, remodel, renovation, and maintenance projects. The size, scope and complexity of projects under this contract will be determined based upon specific requirements of each project as determined by the College and Foundation (both identified in the document as 91影视), but in no case shall they exceed valued up to $4,000,000 in value and when the fee for professional services does not exceed $500,000, per 91影视 Statute 287.055(2)(g). It is anticipated that the contract period will be a three (3) year contract with the option for up to three (3) additional one (1) year extensions, upon mutual agreement. All work will be provided for 91影视 and 91影视 Foundation pursuant to 91影视 Statutes 287.055, Consultant鈥檚 Competitive Negotiation Act. Proposals must be received and physically located in the Purchasing/Business Office no later than Friday, January 19, 2024 by 2:00pm (EST).
